About MALAHNE

Malahne is a beautifully restored 1930s motor yacht.  Malahne was launched in 1937 by Camper and Nicholsons and in 2015 the Pendennis Shipyard returned this 53m vessel to her original splendor.

Malahne is a yacht of notable historic interest and as well as participating in the evacuation of Dunkirk during World War II, she was the production headquarters during the making of Hollywood blockbuster Lawrence of Arabia, and hosted many stars aboard.

Malahne has roamed the globe and proven her ability as a comfortable ocean-going vessel.  When at anchor, modern zero speed stabilisers provide continued comfort.

Malahne’s glorious art deco interior has been created by Guy Oliver, whose other interior design projects include the staterooms at London’s 10 Downing Street.  The decor is sympathetic to her heritage and whilst incorporating all the modern amenities, remains classically stylish. Original pieces have been used wherever possible.

The guest accommodation is for up to 10 in six cabins.  The arrangement comprises a master stateroom with a grand en suite, two doubles, a twin and two single-berth cabins.

Throughout the interior spaces guests will enjoy the many seating areas that’ve been carefully created.  From writing desks with a view to cosy lounge corners and elegant dining areas.

On deck, Malahne has various loungers and spots to soak up the sunshine, as well as an on-deck dining area.

Guests can make use of an extensive selection of water toys, including Laser sailing dinghies, stand-up paddleboards and waterskis.

Malahane has a talented Chef onboard and runs with a crew of 11.
